Does Russia have kompromat on Trump? Here's Putin's strange answer.

"Does the Russian government have any compromising material on President Trump or his family?"

It was the second of a two-part question, but Putin made sure to come back to it.

"And now, to the compromising material," he said. "Yeah, I did hear these rumors that we allegedly collected compromising material on Mr. Trump when he was visiting Moscow. Well, distinguished colleague, let me tell you this: When President Trump was at Moscow back then, I didn't even know that he was in Moscow. I treat President Trump with utmost respect, but back then when he was a private individual, a businessman, nobody informed me that he was in Moscow."

Putin then segued to all the rich and powerful people who visit Russia and how he can't keep track of them.

Here is the deal: Trump is extremely self conscious, and both of his 1st two wives have claimed they NEVER saw him naked at any time during their marriages to him. Now assume the Kompromat the Russians have (maybe the reknown pee pee tape) shows him fully naked! I'm guessing that would scare the beJesus out of him and keep him firmly toeing the Russia line!

It was his operatives who made all the tapes of him, whatever they have.

Putin stayed out of it, and directed everyone remotely. Don't forget that Putin is/was a master-spy of the KGB.

You knew Trump was in Russia. You were supposed to meet with Trump at the pageant, but canceled at the last minute.
You even sent a little gift to Little Donnie, with a little note inside. A nice Russian lacquered box, with a nice handwritten note inside. No one knows exactly what the note said, but the evidence that Putin knew Trump was in Russia is incontrovertible.

Putin can certainly tell any lie with a straight face, so a simple 'no' would be possible. But the threat of having the information is just as powerful as actually having it, so yeah, just keep the flame alive. At this point it doesn't matter if he has it or not.
