When he meets with dictators , and has again shown the world how weak he is with putin and russia. Agreeing to combine intel groups is an even more obvious sign of his becoming an asset for putin. He'll demand this of our people very soon. He's the greatest national security threat this country has ever had, and stopping this will not be pretty.
