Special counsel Robert Mueller released an itemized list Wednesday night detailing well over 500 pieces of evidence that his prosecutors are considering presenting during their upcoming criminal trial of former Donald Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.
To make its case that Manafort committed bank and tax fraud, the lead Russia investigator signaled his intention to share with a Northern Virginia jury photographs of a putting green at the longtime GOP operatives Long Island home, New York Yankees season ticket licensing agreements and reams of material related to Manaforts lobbying work on behalf of the pro-Kremlin Ukrainian government.
Manafort has pleaded not guilty to Muellers charges that he dramatically understated his income on federal tax returns from 2010 through 2014. Hes also fighting allegations of bank fraud totaling more than $20 million tied to loans he applied for in connection with various homes he owns.
As the July 25 trial start date approaches, Muellers prosecutors list of exhibits also includes photographs of all the Manafort properties at the center of his alleged crimes, including in Arlington, Virginia and in New York City, Brooklyn and Bridgehampton, New York. The special counsels prosecutors also have photographs and documents detailing Manaforts purchase of high-end clothing, oriental rugs and both a Mercedes-Benz and Land Rover.

(1,702 posts)how they will nail tRUMP and family at the state level. It's known that tRUMP inflates his property values when seeking loans and delates them when paying taxes. It's fraud even if a bank turns down your loan application and a federal crime with regard to taxes. But, we all know how that works; They will claim it was a mistake...or throw their accountants under the bus getting a fine and penalty.
VOTE or we deserve what we have and it will get a lot worse!
