Robert Mueller wants to talk to the Manhattan Madam.
Kristin Davis, the madam made famous for her role in the 2008 sex scandal that brought down former New York Governor Elliot Spitzer, has been subpoenaed by the special counsels office, according to a report Friday.
Davis, who once ran for governor and controller before being busted selling prescription pills, worked with flamboyant Republican consultant Roger Stone for a decade.
Stone, a longtime ally of President Trump, has been a rumored target in Muellers investigation into Russian election meddling.

(45,759 posts)Kristin Davis ran for Governor in 2010 (New York) on the Green Party ticket. Who ran her campaign? Roger Stone. My friend was approached to join the ticket as Lt. Governor and as soon as I knew Stone was involved, I strongly warned him not to accept the offer.

(15,246 posts)I'd bet they're still friends. Mueller will want to know what things Stone told her. If Stone slipped up and bragged about influencing the election or something else related, she might know.
