She is still a massive underdog. But there must be a certain percentage of the republicans that defied trump who will not support his candidate in the general.

I hope we do not nationalize this race. Run it like we did in Alabama in Virginia. Quietly Funnel money for Abrams where requested it but let her run the show.

Trump only won by what, 5% or so.

I am confident that African-Americans, especially African-American women will show up at even a higher percent that they did for Doug Jones. And they won that race for him. If just a few percentage of the educated suburban Republicans sit on their hands or even crossed party lines we can win this race. In my opinion the key is keeping it a Georgia race, not a national race

Which isn't saying much, because there is not really a lot of daylight between the two of them. That being said, Cagle is fucking vile, and I hope this is the last we'll ever hear from him. I get my TV out of Georgia, even though I live next door in South Carolina. So, I suffer through a double dose of campaign commercials from both states every election season, almost all of them republican. They have some real despicable people in the Georgia GOP--just as awful as the ones in my state.
