The Mexican secretary of foreign affairs on Tuesday pushed back after President Trump repeated his assertion that Mexico would pay for a wall along the border between the two countries.
"We just reached a trade understanding with the US, and the outlook for the relationship between our two countries is very positive," Luis Videgaray tweeted.
"We will NEVER pay for a wall, however," he added. "That has been absolutely clear from the very beginning."
Videgaray's tweet came in response to comments Trump made during a meeting with FIFA and U.S. Soccer officials about the 2026 men's World Cup.

(15,359 posts)got the fucking message that "if they cooperate with Donnie Short Fingers in ANY WAY, the backlash when sane people take back America is going to be fucking EPIC!!!"
Every American ally and country on the planet needs to know that future Americans are going to see any cooperation with Donnie Shit for Brains as the equivalent of cooperating with terrorists, and we will deal with them as we deal with those that "cooperate with terrorists"
Any country that enables this fucking racist piece of shit is going to face the wrath of a vengeful, pissed off America.
I know that it's our own fault that this fucking amphibian turd was allowed within 1,000 miles of the White House, we're going to fix that shit as soon as we can, but we WILL remember any country that provides him "aid and comfort".

(21,672 posts)You'll recall this is the island just off Puerto Rico that's been used to ballistics tests - including, it's said, weapons of mass destruction like mustard gas and depleted uranium.
It could also be washing up from the Corpus Christie.
That said, I doubt the military will ever try to clean that up - least of all under this regime.
