Kavanaugh accuser willing to testify before Senate Judiciary Committee, lawyer says

The woman who has accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her when they were in high school "will do whatever is necessary to make sure that the Senate Judiciary Committee has the full story," including testifying before the committee, her attorney said Monday.

Debra Katz, the attorney for Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford, told "CBS This Morning" that her client hopes to tell "her story in a manner that is a fair proceeding."

"My client will do whatever is necessary to make sure that the senate judiciary committee has the full story and the full set of allegations to allow them to make a fully informed decision," Katz said. "She's willing to do what she needs to do."

I watched Anita Hill get crucified by the Senate committee, including Joe Biden, and it should not have ended up with Ms Hill scorned and a supreme court pubic hair judge.

8. I expect them to try and publicly lynch her.

They have no respect for women and no care that one of their own attempted rape and will treat her with all the disgust, lies, hate and close mindedness possible. It will be hell for her and I'm astounded at her bravery. I do like the earlier suggestion that she walk in surrounded by lots of women. It would be very helpful if she can get a written statement from any friends she told about this. Kavanaugh has already had his friend and other would-be rapist come out and say it didn't happen so it's important for her to reciprocate.
