Trump to delay Rosenstein meeting until after Kavanaugh process

President Trump said Tuesday that he would delay his meeting with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein until after Supreme Court nomineee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation process.

"I don't want to interrupt what's happening with Judge Kavanaugh,” Trump told reporters on the South Lawn Tuesday afternoon.

Trump also said he had spoken with Rosenstein, who The New York Times reported last month had discussed wearing a wire to record Trump as part of a possible effort to seek his removal from office under the 25th Amendment. Rosenstein has said the Times story was false.

Trump was originally supposed to meet with Rosenstein last week to discuss the Times story. The president delayed that meeting so as not to distract from confirmation proceedings of Kavanaugh, who faces allegations of sexual assault.

2. All this is is a delay in Obstructing Justice once again.

Brett Kavanaugh is Trump's GET OUT OF JAIL card. He wants the Court to give him the green light to continue to destroy this country by 1,000 cuts.

4. Nah this is just him avoiding things

Someone has convinced him he's in a no win situation with Rosenstein and he's actually listening. That incorrect leak that Rosentein resigned was either a calculated shot by Rosenstein or a trial balloon by the WH. Either way it didn't go over well so they came up with the meeting narrative not knowing where to go with it then SOCTUS gave them a chance to delay. Even the thouroughly incompetent get lucky now and then.

6. If Kavanaugh becomes Supreme Court Judge

Rosenstein is fired! If not, Rosenstein stays. Dump is depending on Kavanaugh saving him from the wolves. Will be funny as hell if one of the other Justices votes against him.

8. It's not safe to fire Rosenstein until he has his get out of jail free card on SCOTUS 1st.

Firing Rosenstein is the first step in his plan to escape Mueller. But he can't fire Mueller until he has Kav (trojan horse justice) in place on SCOTUS. Kav will say he can't be indicted or have to respond to a subpoena and keep him in charge. He really wasn't interested in anyone else, only Kav because no one else would swear personal loyalty to him and PUtin, the way Kav has. He's the only true traitor that's a judgedd that he knows of or he'd already have been cut. He's depending on Kav (and so is McConnell) to save them and the party from being proven to be traitors and criminals.

when he cuts the Mueller investigation off at the knees, doesn't make the report public (if there IS one), and fires Sessions (to be replaced by Graham).
