Source: CNN

A federal court released a partial transcript from Paul Manafort's four-and-a-half hour sealed court hearing held on Monday.

At the link is a 143 page transcript of the hearing, with redactions.

The hearing deals with issues the Judge will be considering with regard to Manafort's sentencing, which was postponed to sometime in March, after the government said that Manafort was in breach of his cooperation agreement with them by lying.

U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson, in a one-paragraph order, rescheduled Manafort’s sentencing for March 13. The delay gives attorneys for Mueller and Manafort more time to hash out a dispute over charges that the longtime Republican operative repeatedly broke the terms of his cooperation agreement with federal prosecutors.

Mueller had proof of a bunch of conversations between Manafort and Kilimnik that Manafort denied until confronted with evidence.
Was someone wired? Fascinating. Back to reading..........

I think that was one of the things that put the FBI onto Trump well before the election.

Something (blacked out) to “make himself more amenable for a pardon”. Page 80 something.
Lots of contradiction between Gates and Manafort testimony, defense and Judge getting testy.
Up to pg 123, lots of “contact with the administration” references. Getting good.
