Mick Jagger to undergo heart surgery
Source: CNN
Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger is set to undergo heart surgery this week, a source close to the band tells CNN.
The source said the surgery is to replace a valve in his heart.
A representative for Jagger declined further comment to CNN.
The news comes three days after The Rolling Stones postponed their North American tour that was set to kick off on April 20 in Miami Gardens, Florida.

Best of luck to Mr. Jagger.

Valve replacement does not imply impending failure, and the need for a stent may be unrelated but discovered at the same time. If the patient is healthy enough, valve replacements can be done at 75. The current methodology suggests more scrutiny at age 80+.
As for the "in his heart" line in the story, it is true that it is misleading, but technically the arteries supplying blood to the heart *are* part of the heart. And yes, it doesn't make the distinction, so one could infer that they meant "inside one of the chambers".
