NORMAN, Okla. (AP) -- Charges were filed Monday against an Oklahoma woman suspected of spray painting racist, anti-gay and anti-Semitic graffiti on Democratic Party offices in Norman and Oklahoma City.

Allison Christine Johnson, 45, of Norman, was charged in Cleveland County with one felony and three misdemeanor counts of malicious injury to property and one misdemeanor count of malicious intimidation or harassment, according to court records. Records indicate she is being held on $25,000 bond but do not indicate if she has an attorney who could speak on her behalf.

The vandalism was discovered April 3 outside the Cleveland County Democratic Party headquarters as well as the Firehouse Art Center and McKinley Elementary School in Norman, about 17 miles (27 kilometers) south of Oklahoma City. Swastikas and derogatory remarks about various groups were sprayed in black-and-red graffiti outside the buildings.

Johnson, who is white, told police her intention was to scare Jewish people and people of different races other than white, according to documents filed in the case.

Police were called seven days ago after the concrete outside the two buildings was painted with neo-Nazi rheotoric like 'Gas the Jews' and 'Welcome to Germany'.

Johnson also allegedly spray-painted '1488' outside one of the buildings, a reference to the neo-Nazi '14 words' slogan, 'We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children,' and the 88 numerical code for HH, which stands for 'Heil Hitler'.

A manifesto with the words 'Trump, Pence, Hitler 2020' and a vandalized picture of former President Barack Obama was also left at the door.

a Republican these days. Neither party was necessarily anxious to claim her on the many facebook threads about her. Nice to say that members of both parties rushed to clean up her mess. The art work that was sitting outside of the Firehouse Art Station (used to be an actual firehouse), was heavily damaged, and will need professional restoration. There was also a hastily organized community gathering at one of our parks which drew around 200 people. It was a bipartisan event which specifically denounced her and her hatred.

This person has been radicalized. Glad she was stopped before her radicalization moved towards attempts of physical harm or murder, and glad she was caught and (hopefully) will be held to account for her actions.

9. Happened here, in my town. Her picture, as well as that of her car, were caught on cameras

everywhere she went. So many people recognized her that she eventually turned herself in. When the judge set her bond at $25,000 she said "Are you kidding me? All I did was paint a few swastikas." Total buffoon.
