Stormy Daniels settles lawsuit with city for $450,000

Adult film star Stephanie Clifford, better known as Stormy Daniels, has settled a lawsuit with the city of Columbus over her July 2018 arrest for $450,000, according to initial reports.

Daniels and her legal team met for several hours Friday morning with attorneys for the city the four Columbus Police officers involved in her arrest last year.

Daniels emerged from the United States District Courthouse in downtown shortly before 1 p.m.

BTW I didn't know she was in town but w/the pub she came back for 2 or 3 sold out shows.

BTW some of the Columbus, P.D.'s officers are very right wing.

I'm assuming they tried to find out how far back up chain of command this went? Or was the city satisfied with throwing a couple of grunts under the bus?

He should be treated like anyone else that kidnaps a woman and holds her against her will. In fact, it should happen any time there’s a false arrest. Especially for political reasons.
