Police believe body found in landfill is missing Birmingham girl

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC/Gray News) - The remains were in a dumpster at the landfill, according to Birmingham Police. The discovery is a heartbreaking end to the search that began Saturday, Oct. 12 and garnered national attention.

“This is a tough moment for this city. This is a tough moment for this family,” said Mayor Randall Woodfin.

Police plan to charge Patrick Stallworth, 39, and Derick Brown, 29, with capital murder and kidnapping in Kamille’s death, said Police Chief Patrick Smith.

1. This is about the only thing that will get me as mad and angry

as I get when I read a story about how Trump has no concern for anyone but himself and his own Lolita Ivanka.

The post didn't give much info or details but the murder of a child always gets my attention so I clicked on the link to read more about it. There in front of me was beautiful photo of a beautiful black girl who looked maybe 5 years old. My immediate reaction without even reading the story was flash of anger and the question of how could any human being kidnap, probably rape her, then kill her and throw her body in a dumpster. It makes me mad but also sad to be reminded that there are really evil people in the world.

I have not mastered how to post a photo on DU but if someone will go the website and copy and post the photo I would greatly appreciate it.

But I think her image will always be in mind.
