WASHINGTON, Jan 24 (Reuters) - The Pentagon said on Friday that 34 service members had been diagnosed with traumatic brain injury following strikes by Iran on a base in Iraq earlier this month.
Pentagon spokesman Jonathan Hoffman told reporters that eight service members who had been previously transported to Germany had been moved to the United States.

I seem to recall the president getting in front of Cameras this week and insisting a 'few headaches' and nothing serious.
I hope the Military is clearly seeing how disposable and meaningless they are to him.

(22,756 posts)a TBI is serious!!! yes, a lose of leg or arm is tragic, but just as tragic is the loss of brain function... I am more than livid by trump's remarks... my son was in an accident last year and suffered a TBI... anyone who has suffered it or has a loved one suffering from a TBI, they know
may trump pay dearly for his callousness, his ignorance, his lack of empathy, his vileness... I fucking hate him with a passion I didn't know existed

(70,548 posts)... the shock wave bounces back after it hits a wall or the side of the tank or troop carrier which then
hits the brain a 2nd time. National Geographic did a good article on this a few years ago. In many
cases the victims never really recover and have a life of drugs, alcohol, spouse abuse, depression, and
broken families.
God damn Trump and the unneeded crap he started with Iran.
