GOP senator calls for military deployment on US soil over protests

Donald Trump has also pushed for labeling protesters as domestic terrorists.

On Monday, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) called for the deployment of the U.S. military, specifically the 101st Airborne division, to American cities in response to protests against police violence.

The comments were made during an appearance on "Fox & Friends."

Cotton reiterated and added to those comments in tweets later in the day, writing, "No quarter for insurrectionists, anarchists, rioters, and looters" and noting his desire for the possible involvement of the "10th Mountain, 82nd Airborne, 1st Cav, 3rd Infantry—whatever it takes to restore order."

Sadly, laws don't seem to matter to this entire group of RepubliCONs. Neither does the constitution.
They will find a way around Posse Comitatus, you can bet on it.

If I had to guess ONE congressman who would ask for Martial Law, or suggest bringing in sharpshooters and special forces to take down American citizens.....it would be this wild hare swine.

Unfortunately, he lurks in Arkansas, and I don't see that state pulling it's collective head out of it's ass anytime soon. These Southern red states are bringing the whole nation down to the sewer level. Too bad we didn't cut them loose after we kicked their asses in their treasonous Civil War back in 1865.

My apologies to progressives and decent folks that live in those Southern states, but had we done so....perhaps you would be living in The United States that strives to be better, instead of living in a state that continues to yearn for the days of slavery and pride themselves in their treasonous history.
