CNN’s legal department sent a letter in response to the threats from President Donald Trump’s campaign over their recent poll showing the president losing handily to Vice President Joe Biden.

“To my knowledge, this is the first time in its 40 year history that CNN had been threatened with legal action because an American politician or campaign did not like CNN’s polling results,” the letter begins.

Trump, who spent the first part of the Black Lives Matter protests in the White House bunker, has been trying to show himself as a strong and powerful leader. Critics question the campaign’s complaints because the freakout flies in the face of Trump’s tough-guy persona. ..............................................

So push polling and fake momentum, which was after all part of Mitt's bag of tricks 2012, is one tactic Don the Con intends to use to distort the minds of American voters.

Take this story for what it tells us. It is CONFESSION!

so why does he care what they say? He needs them to say Biden is ahead because he'll tell his followers, "fake news".

Is this near the end game of what Trump's war on the press was all about, to distort, lie, obscure, suppress any adverse information that might impact reelection efforts?

You can get away with anything if there are no facts, no science, no logic, no truth? You can pollute, murder, steal, obliterate? Could you even destroy the currency by goading toadies into printing so much money it becomes worthless?

Did Trump's threat come by way of a lawyer's signature?

Did a real lawyer put his name to it?

He and his crowd that published that demand to take back the story or whatever, haven't got a clue.
So stupid that they would take on the "Constitution of the United States of America" ..for a totally
cheap publicity stunt. Donald Trump is/was and always will be...too stupid to know he is stupid

Cowering in his bunker, hiding from peaceful American citizens and threatening the news media for, well... reporting news.

He really is the gold standard of the GOP... Spray-On Family Values (by two and get free shipping... and we'll throw in our patented Patriotism Applique, a $20 value free if you act now).

It actually seems to be the one part of Fox that is legit. The polling unit is pretty well respected across the board and seen in the political world as the real deal. (Trump has whined about it in the past.)

Speaking of...I wonder where Shep Smith is these days? He was the one semi-sane voice on Fox airwaves.
