He’s my age. But that’s not why. He was a role model to my niece and nephew, two little blended kids, growing up in the mad country.

I'm shocked. He seemed like a nice person and looked to have a good career ahead of him. We have lost a lot of great people in 2020.

His birthday's in November. It makes me sad that journalists can't figure that out.

What a strong and courageous man.

I did not realize he was my age, I thought he was still in his thirties. Cancer and colon cancer sucks, lost a life long friend last November to colon cancer. She had been battling it for years.

This is such a horrible loss and to be so young and to have had to battle that .

with colon cancer, mid60' until 2001, after having a large part of it removed.

Cancer one of the great equalizers.

I don't know the people, and it's not like I'm going to miss seeing them at the family barbecue.

But this one is a gut punch. He was an enormously talented guy with a brilliant future ahead of him. I loved the Black Panther movie and was really looking forward to more in the franchise.

He was also metal AF. He was making those movies WHILE fighting colon cancer, and at only 43. That just absolutely sucks.

See you the other side, Mr. Boseman. Sorry that this awful shit seems to happen more often to great people like you and not the awful fuckheads who truly deserve it.
