Russian hackers who disrupted 2016 election targeting political parties again, Microsoft says

Russian military spies who hacked and leaked Democratic emails to inject chaos into the 2016 presidential election are active again, targeting political parties, advocacy groups and consultants, Microsoft announced Thursday.

China and Iran are also attempting to penetrate the Microsoft email accounts of people affiliated with the political campaigns, though the efforts against the campaigns of President Trump by Iran and the Democratic nominee Joe Biden by China were not successful, the firm said.

The Republican National Committee also was unsuccessfully targeted, said a person familiar with the matter, but it is unclear by which country.

Trump campaign deputy national press secretary Thea McDonald said, “We are a large target, so it is not surprising to see malicious activity directed at the campaign or our staff.”

Those emails were, for the most part, so innocuous and downright boring I never understood how people fell for them, what the big deal was or why they had much of an effect ... or any tbh.

Leaked out piecemeal or every week or so with nothing of any substance to them really. It was even hard for a fair and level headed person to connect her to the Benghazi tragedy in any significant way.

Those who hated Hills had been indoctrinated over a period of years long ago by then and people would believe and say the most ridiculous things concerning her. She killed people, was the Queen of a large scale Satanic Cult and ate babies after having them sexually abused beforehand was some of the nonsense I heard about.

I can see where they might be able to effectively tag her as entitled and elitist but then good gawd, applying the same yardstick, what about Trump? Or almost any person who burns to put themselves before the public in a big way?

Yet, I seem to remember having heard on the news and read of several reliable polls who had her winning the Most Admired Woman category several years in a row...

I don't just get it...
