Access to the account was revoked after the group posted contact information for Porter Wright Morris & Arthur attorneys Ronald Hicks and Carolyn McGeewho are currently leading highly controversial Republican Party efforts to overturn the election results in Pennsylvania.

(6,880 posts)I still think they are wrong. They haven't thought it out. A firm that is in business to earn fees from cients has to make its address public or they won't have any clients. It's true that their place of business is private property, also, but that's why someone who comes somewhere to do business with those there is called a "licensee." The public has an implicit license to come there. (The public can, of course, be removed for misbehavior there.
It feels like we once all instinctively knew this (though not the terminology, just the facts.) That common knowledge appears to have disappeared.
