From the moment Michel Barnier was made the EU's chief Brexit negotiator in July 2016 he was at the heart of talks to reach a deal with the UK government.

Mr Barnier watched his opposite numbers come and go as the EU and UK first agonised over the terms of a transition deal and then later concluded a trade agreement.

1. The dismantling of British rule of law to protect Russian and English ultra rich Oligarchs

from banking laws and investigation of their influence on the Tory/ Brexit government. Brexit was nothing less than Putin et al taking the British conservatives over the edge in the same way they used American conservatives to accomplish the same ends.

All the rest was smoke and mirrors to blind the public and other members of government, and to sow chaos among the western partners in the EU.
