Woman arrested on flight to Detroit, accused of 'anti-Muslim rhetoric' and assault

A Muslim civil rights organization is urging Wayne County authorities to bring hate-crime charges against a woman who the group says verbally berated an African-American Muslim woman on a Sept. 11 flight from Atlanta to Detroit, then hit her — and was arrested.
"We call for the suspect who allegedly spewed anti-Muslim rhetoric during the assault to be charged to the full extent of the law," said Dawud Walid, executive director of the Michigan chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). "Swift arrests along with strong prosecutions must be instituted to deter future acts of anti-Muslim hate crimes."
The incident, on the anniversary of the Sept. 11 terror attacks, is one of many that Muslim Americans — especially in Detroit — have reported against them in the past two decades.
According to CAIR's account of what occurred aboard the plane, Aicha Toure was traveling on Spirit Airlines flight 3807 when a white woman, whom she did not know, "initiated altercations with minority crew members on the flight."

does not surprise me. In 2016 racist, evil souled and terrified Amerikkkans, in racist anguish and brutal stonehearted torment that a mixed-race African-American had ascended to the highest elected office in our nation and governed for 8 years no less, gave many millions of votes to a racist-conman and his grifter family. That this potus opened racial wounds that I felt after many generations were healing this potus and his administration, Stephen Miller as a major architect of trump's racist family destroying immigration policies and the trump justice department, then opened a 4-year program of racist hate putting ALL POC, all African-Americans specifically, no matter the station or status "back in our place". With their foot or knee on AA necks and snatching children from their refugee parents, refugees seeking asylum from murder, rape corruption and just seeking a better life that potus and his racist cronies were in their 'white supremacy paradise. Because of Miller's policies, those seeking refuge found a living hell at our southwest border. Add to that ALL trump voters, Justice Department and the administration tried to make life hell for any non-white, not on board with his racism. Ask Herman Cain how that worked out. Oh sorry, you can't.
This article above shows the 2-decade long hate fest of Amerikkans against Muslim-Americans has not abated. The continuing downplaying of white racism, authorities calling this racist incident "a misunderstanding between two women" is not right. I hope hate crime charges are brought against this racist woman and she spends some time behind bars. I really believe she will get an education hopefully that will change her outlook for better or worse. If it's worse, her hate will consume her and the world will be rid of another racist mouthbreather and good riddance.
