Wisconsin Election Officials Will Be Subpoenaed if They Don't Comply With 2020 Investigation

Wisconsin election officials who refuse to comply with the Republican-ordered investigation into the 2020 presidential election will be subpoenaed, according to the retired judge leading the investigation.

In a video released Monday, retired conservative Wisconsin Supreme Court justice Michael Gableman said the state's more than 1,900 municipal and county election officials had to cooperate with his investigation or he would "compel" them to comply.

Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has said he will sign subpoenas that are requested by Gableman as part of the investigation after formerly refusing to sign subpoenas from Representative Janel Bandtjen.

The unusual six-minute video from Gableman comes after election clerks were confused by an email his office sent last week that was flagged in at multiple counties as junk, a possible security risk and not forwarded to municipal clerks as he wanted.

although so far we don't have any "retired judge" involved but we do have a State Supreme Court that is 5 (D) - 2 (R).

All kinds of lawsuits have been filed against PA's illegal "subpoena" that includes a demand for PII, so we'll see how it goes.

5. This is anything but nonsense,

it is a plan to maintain minority rule. States have not done redistricting yet and obtaining voter's personnel information will aid them in gerrymandering. These fraudits will also lay the groundwork for the GQP to be in charge of all future elections where they can decide who really won the election, in their minds.

This all could have been avoided had our DOJ intervened in the Arizona fraudit where federal election laws were violated, by not getting involved, by not holding the Cyber Ninjas accountable it gave the OK to do fraudits in other states. We have now learned, not through DOJ investigations but through the investigation of an Arizona newspaper reporter that Trump lawyers Lin Wood and Sid Powell, and MIchael Flynn were advising and coordinating the Arizona fraudit.

If people here believe what is going on is a joke, Lord help us.

6. Well, in WI no one registers by party

And the poll books are public information. It's kind of difficult to extrapolate one person's vote out of a whole. We already know by turnout and results where the conservative areas are (rural/village/small town) and the liberal areas are (urban/big city). They were excellent at gerrymandering in 2012. They don't need this to gerrymander for 2022.

What this does do is a) put at risk the jobs of good Democratic and Republican county clerks whose results can be threatened by this RWNJ ballot witch hunt so they can be replaced by hacks in Spring 2022 elections and b) call into question all results from now on.
