Russian airstrike hits Ukrainian missile factory in Kyiv linked to Moskva sinking

Source: European Weekly News

A RUSSIAN airstrike has reportedly hit a Ukrainian missile factory in Kyiv on Friday, April 15, used to make the missiles that Ukraine claimed sank the Russian flagship missile cruiser ‘Moskva’ in the Black Sea.

In unverified video footage circulating on social media, heavy explosions can be heard in the Ukrainian capital as Russia’s Defence Ministry claimed to have targetted the Vizar Zhulyany Machine-Building Plant with their own cruise missiles.

According to Russia’s defence ministry on Friday, April 15, further intense attacks are planned for the capital after admitting to carrying out the attack on “the Vizar plant which makes, repairs anti-ship missiles.”

Russian defence ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said: “The number and scale of missile strikes against targets in Kyiv will increase in response to the Kyiv nationalist regime committing any attacks of a terrorist nature or sabotage on Russian territory.”

I know that sailors died during the sinking. They surely must have. But, so have an estimated 20,000 soldiers. So, what do they go berserk over?

Their "flagship." It's like, your kid takes your super expensive sports car and gets in a major accident, almost gets killed. Goes to the hospital in critical condition. And, what do you cry about? Your totaled sports car.

I just don't understand how they think. They're saying that Ukraine has no right to defend itself by attacking them. They're sitting there in the Black Sea, which they don't own, by the way, threatening Odesa, landing troops and supplies to take Odesa, and they are outraged because the Ukrainians fought back. I hope that Ukraine sinks every one of their blasted ships.

You know what? The Russians are so stupid that they could end up in a Dunkirk type of situation there at Odesa. They also don't know if Ukraine is making those missiles at that factory, or elsewhere.

So, they're sending threatening letters to the US, and flattening factories, all in an effort to prevent Ukraine from deterring their harbor assault of Odesa. Tells us a lot about their strategy, anyway. Keep the missiles coming, NATO. So much for their vaulted assault on Donbas. They're too busy fuming over one ship, and they are easily pulled off center. Sink them all!

Ukraine NOT using Ukraine-made anti-ship rockets to sink a Russian flagship cruiser which was obviously sunk by its own crew and is not a legitimate military target for Ukraine to sink in the first place.

Don't anyone worry, that special military operation is going exactly according to plan! And Putin is a genius!

And in the event you begin to worry despite this warning, be prepared to spend 15 years in a distant land where Ukrainian rockets don't fly.

Putin expected little response from NATO. Maybe keeping NATO and our allies united against Putin will be president Biden's greatest accomplishment. Putin waited to invade Ukraine because he expected Trump to win a 2nd term and pull the US out of NATO and then Russia would have had a cakewalk overthrowing Ukraine.

NATO needs to keep sending arms because the only end to this war will be the defeat of Russia. EU talking about ending oil and gas imports from Russia would be a tremendous help. Do it.

I agree, the EU needs to end oil and gas imports from Russia. But Germany doesn't want to do it.

No Ukrainian involvement at all. At least this is the tale the Russian military has tried to spin (along with all crew was rescued when the true number was only in the 50s).
