(35,716 posts)Very succinctly stated, this is how the organization will work:

In 27 states, voters will elect their next Secretary of State the critical position responsible for the oversight of fair elections. And Donald Trump is directly inserting himself into key races in states like Arizona, Georgia, and Michigan states that Trump narrowly lost in 2020 and that would be crucial to claiming the presidency again in 2024.
By handpicking Big Lie-believing candidates, Donald Trump is attempting to install cronies in these key offices who will be in his pocket when it comes time to certify the next presidential election.
Were fighting back by investing in key battleground states, and defeating Trump-backed candidates.

Above is from organization's web site.

(21,385 posts)the polls were close and the exit polling was close but the results didn't match.
Too bad they used ES&S voting machines instead of Dominion.

(1,879 posts)While McConnell struggled to break 50-51%, McGrath couldn't surpass 41-42%. The only close poll was a company I never heard of.

He won by over 400,000 votes.
What races weren't close that they recounted? Please cite.
We need to accept that as much as Kentucky "hates" McConnell, he's a Republican and not an "evil" Democrat and that's all they care about.

(21,385 posts)it doesn't matter who votes, it matters who counts the votes?
That's what just happened in 2020 in Belarus, Putin's puppet rigged his election and when the people protested, he cracked down on them.
Coming soon to an election headquarters near you.
Just remember, doing nothing to the Cyber Ninjas, stoked this fire.

(22,128 posts)I like Amy, and also thought she did better than we know. Of course, The Rich Old White Guys Club, that McConnell belongs to, were never going to let her win.
Really hoping Charles Booker can oust Rand Paul this time around.
We are going to need a lot more of these types of efforts, especially at the levels where elections are counted and certified.
