Georgia Opens Criminal Investigation Into Trump Campaign Stealing Voter Data
Source: Politicusa
Trump attorney Sidney Powell helped coordinate the effort, and she was billed over $26,000 by computer experts from Atlanta tech company SullivanStrickler, the records show.
The GBI confirmed Tuesday that it has opened a criminal investigation of the incident on Jan. 7, 2021, when the group flew from Atlanta to South Georgia and were given access by local election officials to equipment that was supposed to be kept secure from outsiders. Computer theft is a felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
The same team that was part of the voter data breach in Michigan and Nevada stole voter data in Coffee County, Georgia. The team was supervised by the Trump campaign, as Sidney Powell coordinated the effort to steal voter data as they were trying to prove voter and election fraud that would have provided Donald Trump with a pretext to carry out his coup and stay in power.
Trump is already looking at the possibility of being indicted in Georgia for election meddling. The theft of the voter data, and the nation should be honest by calling it theft, is a separate investigation.
It is possible that Trump could also be charged for stealing election data, although Sidney Powell is likely to be looking at criminal charges if the investigation uncovers wrongdoing.

(5,842 posts)... that it wasn't voter data they were stealing?
Perhaps they were trying to a) change the data, and if that fails, 2) copy the software so they can falsify results in the future?
At any rate, that woman needs to be billed to replace all of the machinery this fucked up. Once unauthorized people get into the systems, they are rendered contaminated and useless.

(2,030 posts)Trump had tried to pressure Raffensperger into drumming up in that infamous phone call.
But, who knows what all they were up to? Maybe they were thinking ahead and planning to share the voter data with Russian spy Kilimnik, via Paul Manafort, again, the way they did during the 2016 election.

(70,506 posts)the machine's paper print out, the log polling book, and the numbers and letters on the seals
that were put onto the voting machines are all loaded into a pouch which is then sealed and
sent onto the county's BOE. If Trump's crew including Sidney Powell broke those seals on those
voting machines to look at the machine's hardware they broke the law. End of story.

(70,506 posts)Sealed voting machines are supposed to be stored in a secured location and those seals are broken
shortly before the machines are to be used so as to run tests on the operating systems and just to
see if the machines are working and then new seals are put onto the machines only to be broken
when they are setting the machines up to be used .... either in early voting or on election day.
The idea that Ms. Powell and her crew got those machines out of storage, broke the machines seals,
and then went into the machines operating systems is highly illegal. God only knows what they did
once they had the machines opened up? They could have planted malware or put in some phony data
or looked at the O.S. for weaknesses or ?????
What kills me is those shit for brains should have known by election night the voting data in those
machines had already been removed. Election day was on 11/3/2020 and they were looking into
the machines on 1/7/21?

Especially in the swing states where Team Trump was trying to get the results changed. All the machines in those states should be checked carefully.
