Hillary Clinton should be appointed as Special Master if there should ever be one.

Why are tfg's legal team able to nominate anyone? We're talking Top Secret Government documents
and they want people without a security clearance to look at them?

Justice matters.

The DoJ wrote that there is absolutely no reason for anyone to review the classified documents. (Saying nobody aside from the current POTUS and some high-levels Cabinet member can "view" them due to their inherent sensitivity).

They already did the separation of the two sets of documents in the days following the search. They said now citizen trump doesn't own them as they belong to the Government of the United States: They are the government property.

It shouldn't be difficult to sit with all the lawyers and somebody with clearance and divide out in two piles what is obviously a classified document with markings or in a folder with markings, and any "personal" paperwork for the SM to review without needing to pore over the details of the classified stuff.

They know that the proceedings right now are all poppycock. Whether Cannon agrees or not, they should just bypass all of this sophomoric nonsense and move the case to DC, where people know how to handle stuff like this.

Venue cannot be challenged after the fact. DOJ has had multiple opportunities to argue that the case should have been filed in, or should have been transferred to, DC. It has never made that argument. They can't just unilaterally transfer the case to DC.

5. TFG's attorney refuse to advance TFG's claim that he declassified all documents

Sep 2022

There have been several occasions for TFG idiot attorneys to make the argument that TFG magically declassified all documents. The DOJ attorneys sort of dared TFG"s attorneys to make claim in the last filing

The DOJ has been taunting and daring TFG's Attorneys to make the declassification argument in open court where they would face sanctions if this claim proves to be false

TFG's attorney again chickened out and refused to advance the declassification claim

One or more TFG attorneys will be facing sanctions and/or disbarment for lying to the DOJ in an affidavit. It seems that TFG's current attorneys are not totally stupid

With each filing, DOJ attorneys dare TFG to respond by implicating himself even more.

And TFG obliges.

Wait for his stupid quotes on his soon-to-be-bankrupt Twitler platform.

Stupid enough to make his attorneys shake their pointed heads.

DOJ nominates distinguished jurists. Trump's team nominates Emperor Palpatine and the Borg Queen. Cannon then selects Palpatine (after giving due consideration to the Borg Queen).

Why does DOJ only act upon referrals from someone else, or from evidence gathered by the J6 committee? Even this classified documents case was referred to DOJ by the National Archives. The latest campaign donation scam of Trump's came about because of evidence dug up by the J6 committee.

People better wise up about DOJ treating Trump with kid gloves.

DOJ doesn't leak because it doesn't investigate until pressure mounts on it to act. Ms. Hutchinson's J6 testimony flat out shocked DOJ, why? Occam's Razor.

It doesn't matter who DOJ nominated, WTF, I'm watching football today, the insurrection continues.

Let's get something else straight, it isn't Trump appointed judges, it's Leonard Leo appointed judges funded by domestic oligarchs.

Leonard Leo and the Federalist Society, which includes insurrection helpers like Ginni Thomas, are the real evil behind what the Republican Party are doing. They believe in ultra conservative Catholic doctrine from the 1500s when the Holy Roman Church controlled life in all forms—government, business, religious, personal. And that is their goal for the US, for a religious hierarchy that governs and makes all laws people must follow. And they have the money to buy any number of politicians, plus their major coup is a Federalist Society Supreme Court majority that quickly began instituting special treatment for religion. That will only increase until they are stopped with court expansion.

I wonder if/when the DOJ will just give back our national security documents to TFG. Maybe if TFG asks nicely? Maybe if goes and yells at Garland, he'll get all those stolen secrets back? Never know just what might work. Any trick in the book.

After all, he wasn't done selling out America. There's more wealth he can extract from us.

This is crazy to watch. If anyone else had done this to America, they would be in jail right now. So which oligarchs are covering TFG's butt?
