Trump Files a Suit Against N.Y.'s Attorney General, and Against Advice

Source: New York Times/

By Jonah E. Bromwich, Maggie Haberman, Ben Protess and William K. Rashbaum.

NEW YORK -- Former President Donald Trump announced that he is suing New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Trump announced the lawsuit on the Truth Social platform on Wednesday night.

He said he filed the lawsuit in Florida against James and that, "New York State is one of the most crime-ridden places on earth."

Trump said that James does nothing to protect New York against the crimes and the criminals. The lawsuit says that she has abused her position as AG "to pursue a relentless, pernicious, public, and unapologetic crusade against President Trump, a resident of Palm Beach County, Florida, with the stated goal of destroying him personally, financially, and politically."

He sure keeps his lawyers busy. Wonder if President Grifter ever pays them.

of suits. These, added to bankruptcies and the outcome of the 2020 election that Trump wouldn't accept, indicates to me that there is nothing he can do wrong in his own mind. How many times has he shown up for trial? Just that would be a full-time job.

Surely there is a limit to lawsuits and bankruptcies? If not, there should be. Not only is he wasting the court's time, but costing people unnecessary funds to fight him. On the other side of the coin, he delays and delays ad nauseum in the goal of wearing them down and giving up.

Thanks for posting this link. It should be spread far and wide.

Now Florida owns the distinction of being the most crime-ridden place on earth.

Wherever you go, you single-handedly increase Attorneys' income by 500%.

Would you please fuck off and die, and make it snappy. 😒

Citizens Suing Other States

In Chisholm v. Georgia, 2 U.S. 419, 1793, the Supreme Court found that a citizen of state A has the ability to sue state B. However, this rule was later superseded by the Eleventh Amendment, which states that "The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State." As such, a citizen of State A can no longer sue State B.

We know, donnie. The biggest crime wave in NY is called the trump family and friends.

Trump said that James does nothing to protect New York against the crimes and the criminals

But he does have a lot of company in criminality. I am inclined to think the state charges on the property valuation fraud weren't pursued because a lot of richer criminals in NY are doing the same thing, and prosecuting him would have exposed them all. If they could have just taken him alone out, that might have been different.

I just want to see him and his shitty family rot in jail for the rest of their lives.

He's not suing Joe Q. Public, who would be forced out due to funding. He has opened the door for her to sue him back for whatever she can come up with. What part of "countersuit" does he not understand? What about "abuse of process," "defamation," and other beefs that should have been included in the original suit but were left out?

This guy has forgotten where he is in space and time. He's an idiot. I doubt that she is worried about it. She can probably adjudicate rings around him, and she didn't strike me as being faint hearted. She'll paper him to death until his attorneys quit. Get ready, Donald. Prepare to pay out more money. Do you think Clarence can protect you? LOL!

18. What will happen
Fri Nov 4, 2022, 08:42 AM
Nov 2022

1) Trump's law suit will be tossed out of court for lacking merit.

2) Trump will be ordered to pay back the New York Attorney General Letitia James' office for any
legal expenses that was run up by the NY A.G.'s office in dealing with Trump's pernicious lawsuit.

3) Trump will be on the hook for any and all court costs.

4) All penalties, fines, and sanctions that the New York Attorney General Letitia James has filed
against the Trump Organization will still be in effect.

5) And all of Trump's crimes in N.Y. state that were refereed to the Southern District of NY Office
and the IRS will still be actionable.

6) Since Donny and the Trump Organization will be unable to pay those fines properties in N.Y.
state owned by T.O. will be seized and sold at auction.

A.G. James has dealt with dead beats before. The Trump Organization is fucked. I doubt it has the 1/4 of a billion
$s to pay off the penalty for his frauds.

The T.O. has 2 golf courses in N.Y. state one in the Bronx and one in Westchester, N.Y. that can be sold ASAP
although he has no doubt borrowed against those properties.
