Mike Lindell's $5 million contest winner takes him to federal court

Source: Washington Post

A Nevada computer scientist has gone to federal court to pursue the $5 million prize he is owed by MyPillow chief executive Mike Lindell following a ruling by private arbitrators last month.

The arbitrators found that Robert Zeidman deserved the money because he had successfully challenged data related to Lindell’s false claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen — and had thus won a contest Lindell had dubbed: “Prove Mike Wrong.”

In their April 19 decision, they gave Lindell’s firm, Lindell Management, 30 days to pay.

Since then, Lindell has not turned over any money, and on Thursday he asked a state court in Minnesota to vacate the award on the grounds that the arbitration panel had “exceeded its powers.”

Both parties have to agree to binding arbitration before it goes before an arbiter. So is he now pleading insanity? Dumbass.

The conditions of these sessions are CLEARLY articulated to all participants before they even sign the documentation. Once they do that, they are legally obligated to accept those terms that result from the mediation/arbitration. That's it. End of story. They can't even take the matter to court. No court will accept such a lawsuit.

To overturn an arbitration award, one must show a conflict by the arbitrator. Lindell is going to lose this lawsuit

In a recent interview, he was skeptical that he would ever collect his $5 million. Lindell is a defendant in civil actions by Dominion and Smartmatic.

He wants to get to Lindell's bank account before the plaintiffs drain it completely.

The power of RW fakenoose media.

He was articulate, smart, calm, intelligent. Yet he voted twice for Trump. He is one of those birds we have a hard time understanding or reaching.

I think America has a problem with brainwashing. I highly doubt Mr. Zeidman would have voted for Trump a second time at least, if he hadn't been beaten over the head with the 27/7 screeching about the threat of Socialism etc... about the Democrats. Or the demonizing of their candidates that goes far beyond disagreeing with policy.

I don't know how America is going to de-program this swath of R voters who are deathly afraid of the D candidate, no matter how incompetent their own candidate.

I think adding to SCOTUS is important. But maybe even more important is dismantling the domination of daytime talk radio by MAGAts. Now Twitter is bought by a real Nazi Twit.
