Details are short and few, at least two firefighters at Strong Hospital, one via Mercy Flight for GSW trauma.
Of course, none of this would have been possible if we armed our firefighters to the gills...

(31,464 posts)I'd love to hear LaPierre explain away this one. Maybe if fire trucks has gun turrets?

(133 posts)They are POST certified and are able to make arrests. Most are firefighters that have come up the ladder and become Fire Marshal's.
Arming firefighters? We've got enough equipment to carry already and besides, that's not our job, but if things don't change in this country vis a vis guns, then all bets are off.

(53,661 posts)At this rate our only job per the NRA will being to shoot each other 24 hours a day. Not much work to be done with only one hand.
tradecenter
(133 posts)They go in after we've extinguished the fire to determine if it's an accident or an act of arson.
And I fully agree with you about the NRA.

If we can't, we need to find out what we can do for each other, quit going to wars, decide we don't mind the deaths, or Constitutionally drop certain guns as a right and maybe not even make it a privilege.
