President Donald Trump said he is looking to sue author Michael Wolff for conspiring with dead sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein to wreck his political career. Trump shared his plan while speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One on Saturday night, one day after the latest batch of files on Epstein were released. Trump was asked what he thinks of the latest release and whether his critics will be satisfied when he went off on Wolff.
Well they should be, because it looked like this guy Wolff, whos a writer, was conspiring with Epstein to do harm to me, Trump said. And I didnt see it myself, but I was told by some very important people that not only does it absolve me, its the opposite of what people were hoping you know, the radical left.
He continued, Wolff, whos a third-rate writer, was conspiring with Jeffrey Epstein to hurt me politically or otherwise, and that came through loud and clear. So well probably sue Wolff on that. Trump then said a moment later he will certainly sue Wolff, and maybe file a lawsuit against the Epstein estate as well. Thats not a friend, Trump said about Epstein scheming with Wolff to take him down.
Epstein asked Ken Starr in 2018 to help Wolff with indicting a sitting pres, according to the latest batch of Epstein files released on Friday. That comes after a 2016 message from Wolff to Epstein was released last November, in which Wolff told Epstein he could help finish Trump by dishing dirt on the eve of the presidential election.

(3,902 posts)The maga are beginning to have doubts as more stuff is being amplified rather than ignored prior to the last 3 elections.
Discovery would be fun.
But the threat will solidify some of the more undereducated maga base.

First she threatened to sue him for a gazillion dollars.
Wolff's lawyers decided to call her out and said, "Nope--NY has a SNAP law." As I understand it this means that a regular human can be protected from being sued by an oligarch who just wants to punish the regular human.(Whoops-- SLAPP Law, not snap...sorry about that)
Wolff has been trying for months now to have Melania served-- and she squeaks out of it.
Wolff can't wait to depose Her and Him and the Kids and the whole gang.
Say what you will about Michael Wolff. He gets results. He writes the stories.
And he is taking Mr. and Mrs. DJT to DISCOVERY
if he can. Oh, lordy, if he can.

(2,696 posts)A vexatious litigant is a person who repeatedly brings legal actions without merit, often to harass or annoy others. This behavior is considered an abuse of the judicial process and can lead to restrictions on their ability to file future lawsuits.
So when will Pedo Don be declared a VL?

(2,696 posts)Someone has to file a motion for the courts to rule on. And no one has, yet...
If someone files a VL suit in each state, and in federal court, it could effectively end his abuse of the court system.
And add a motion to censure the lawyers who are filing those suits for him.

Wolff may be a terrible writer, but he has told the truth when writing about Donald J Trump and his best friend all-time ever, Jeffrey Epstein.
"Partners in crime," like.
