Guns in Aurora triple murder purchased legally

Source: 9News

AURORA - Aurora police say the weapons used by a man who killed three people during a standoff were purchased legally.

The bodies of three people shot by Sonny Archuleta, 33, inside a townhome in Aurora were discovered following a standoff situation Saturday morning, which also left the Archuleta dead.

The victims were identified as 29-year-old Stacie Philbrook, 33-year-old Christopher Ratliffe, and 56-year-old Anthony Ticali. The gunman's wife, Stephanie Archuleta, escaped from the home.

Police say Archuleta used a 40-caliber handgun, an AR-15 rifle, and a pump action shotgun that were purchased by Archuleta from licensed gun dealers.

Maybe get rid of fucking AR-15s.
Maybe have a gun registry and an annual license renewal. A question on the renewal what is the purpose of the gun.
Sure you can't stop all killing but you can reduce it. We should at least try!

5. Ask the Germans. They apparently have very strict gun licensing and safety laws.

The long waiting period makes impulse purchases and the subsequent crimes of passion much harder to pull off. And when you own a gun, YOU are personally liable for all crimes committed using that gun, the presumption being that if you didn't secure it, you are still culpable.

Let's try it out.

Say, with cars. After all, we already have them registered and plated. Should be easy to implement and see how it works.

You fail to secure your car against thieves, your children, or anybody else, you're culpable. (It'll make car rentals interesting, at the very least.)

6. It's critically important that Goldman and Lloyd Blankfein have the USA citizens disarmed

as a security measure to protect Wall St elites.

Wall St is fundamental to America and it owns DC politicians. OWS understands. Average working class schmucks with firearms have been identified as the problem and the threat to the corporate elite and media. You need to understand that now and support confiscation of self defense weapons held by average Americans.

Populist, Progressive, Libertarian who supports the rights of average Americans. The elite support the rights of global banks and corporations.

14. Exactly. Apparently it's perfectly legal for him to have weapons despite charges.
