Suspected Australian-Israeli spy Ben Zygier is believed to have been arrested by his employer on suspicions he had informed Australia's domestic intelligence agency of his work for Mossad, reports say.
He established a communications company in Europe for Mossad, which employed two other Australian Jews, the ABC reported.
Earlier on Monday, federal Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus said his department did not need to review what Australia's spy agencies might have known about the case of Mr Zygier.

1. I am officially confused

the opening sentence says:

and then, a couple paragraphs later, the article states:

Mr Zygier is said to have applied for a work visa in Italy on one of his four trips to Australia before his death in an Israeli jail in 2010.

How do you arrest a dead man?

allegedly did all of this stuff (the application for a work visa in Italy, as well as legally changing his name in Australia several times and taking out a passport for each name) before he was taken into custody by Shin Bet sometime in Feb. 2010. He died while in custody, before he came to trial or any judicial hearing, in Dec. 2010.
