UPDATED: Pete Santilli, Radio Host: Hillary Clinton Needs To Be 'Shot In The Vagina'

Source: Huffington Post
Radio host Pete Santilli made shocking remarks about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, claiming she should be "shot" for being "involved in the killings of American troops."
Santilli hosts a show on his website, but says he's "ready to take my show to national syndication; that is, of course, if the FCC regulated AM/FM radio stations can handle my truth & honesty."
(WARNING: this post contains language that may disturb some readers.)
-snip-
Santilli criticized Clinton over the Sept. 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. consultate in Benghazi, Libya. He also slammed Clinton over what he called "the fake hunt down of this Obama bin Laden thing":

Secret Service Looking Into Radio Hosts Graphic Violent Comments About Obama, Hillary Clinton
BRIAN BEUTLER MAY 20, 2013, 3:16 PM
The Secret Service is following up on recent comments by right wing radio host Pete Santilli, who claimed to want to shoot former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the vagina and see President Obama tried and shot for treason.
We are aware of Mr. Santillis comments and will take the appropriate follow up action, Edwin M. Donovan, a Secret Service spokesperson, told TPM on Monday. He certainly has a right to free speech, but the Secret Service has a right and an obligation to determine what a persons intent is when making comments like this.
He made the threatening comments the week before last on his eponymous Internet based radio program. Santilli is a fringe figure who has made threatening comments on his program in the past. But hes gained some quasi-mainstream attention recently with guests like Ted Nugent and Gun Owners of America director Larry Pratt.
Miss Hillary Clinton needs to be convicted, she needs to be tried, convicted and shot in the vagina, he said. I wanna pull the trigger. That C U Next Tuesday has killed human beings that are in our ranks of our service. I want to remind you that in Benghazi, Miss Hillary the fricken biggest vagina on the face of the planet told troops to stand down and to not go in and interfere with the operation that they set up because theyre moving arms; Barack Obama is moving drugs through the CIA out of Afghanistan and Barack Obama needs to be tried, convicted, and shot for crimes against the United States of America.
The website Hypervocal has posted the audio.

(42,778 posts)You realize that there is no such crime as threatening to kill the "next president." Whether this guys vomit mouth amounts to an actionable threat is a legal issue that is not as easy as some folks think. He can, should, and I suspect will be visited by the Secret Service and if he's not prosecuted this time, repeat performances could make the case against him stronger.
In the meantime, no matter how offensive the other side is, we need to remain a nation of laws. (I noticed that you want him tossed in jail for life, no parole, but didn't bother to mention trying him first or what the penalties for threats are).

(492 posts)I am certain that this man can be arrested for threatening the life of the wife of a former president, period. He should be arrested. He should be tried. He should be imprisoned. But he probably will only be interviewed by the Secret Service -- and he'll use that interview as proof that the Government wants to stifle his free speech.
Maybe I'm wrong. I hope I'm wrong. I'd like to attend his trial -- unfortunately, no one would attempt to shoot him in his vagina, much as he might seem to deserve it -- and watch him be taken away in shackles to an appropriate BOP facility.

I want to know if this dude is on Blog Talk Radio. (HE'S USING SPEAKER HERE'S THE SITE'S CONTACT US PAGE). If so, there is a STRONG POSSIBLY his show will be PULLED. Also, he has made a DIRECT THREAT against a former Public Official. As a Podcast Host he can be charged with criminal actions or face a slander lawsuit for the disgusting S**T that came out of his mouth. He also made a similar threat against the President of the United States. Since he calls himself a "Proud Domestic Terrorist" it seems that the FBI and CIA need to be ALL UP in his business.
People like this idiot make thousands of informative podcast hosts (like myself) seem like Loony Tunes. He needs to be investigated for his "statements" immediately and hopefully from there, he will learn how to THINK before letting Threats of this nature fly out of his mouth again.

LovingA2andMI
(7,006 posts)Internet radio or podcasting is NOT regulated by the FCC, any other agency or entity. The best way to have a podcaster show pulled is to contact the resource who streams the content presented. In this idiot's case...it Spreaker.
As for how many listeners he has....depends on his ability to network and engage potential listeners via social media. Our show receives on an average of 17K-22K listeners per month and that's a pretty good listenership for a podcast. Podcasters at the top tier can average 15-25 downloads/listeners per show.

(30,253 posts)I have heard some nasty things over the years about politicians of all stripes, but this one just left me going WOW!!!!! Is this guy mentally ill or what?
1) Hillary did not order any troops to stand down. The decision to send or not to send troops were made by the military and the CIA (they were the one who had an annex near the mission).
2) What the heck does he mean by stating that the Navy SEAL Team Six were killed because of a "fake" hunt for "Obama" Bin Laden?????
3) Even if point 2 was even remotely true, that decision would have come from the president, not the SOS.
This guy has gone way beyond jumping the shark. He's instigating the murder of a former First Lady, Senator and SOS.
Unbelievable!!!!
This is the whole clip if anyone wants to see it. it's just too nasty even to post a segment of it. This is one very sick individual who should not be allowed to have a radio show.
