Report: The body of Adriaunna Horton found

UPDATE: HLN affiliate KSPR reports that Adriaunna's body has been found. They say Adriuanna's father tells them her body was located sometime Wednesday afternoon. Hundreds of volunteers were searching for Adriuanna since she disappeared on Monday night. A spokesman for the Missouri State Highway Patrol would not confirm or deny the report at this time.

Officials with the Barton County Sheriff’s Office tell HLN they have arrested Bobby D. Bourne Jr. and charged him with kidnapping Adriaunna Horton. But the search for the 12-year-old girl continues.

Adriaunna was playing at a park near her Missouri home on Monday evening just before she was reported missing. Witnesses say she climbed into a vehicle around 5 p.m. That vehicle was found at about 6:30 p.m. Bourne was in the car, but there was no sign of Adriaunna.

Bourne was taken into custody and later charged with kidnapping. He is being held on $1 million bond. It is not clear if Bourne has an attorney at this point.

Warrants normally issued by a court include search warrants, arrest warrants, and execution warrants. ( I was a prosecutor for years and one of my duties was to obtain warrants) ---46 the year I was born
