President Obama To Deliver Statement This Morning

President Barack Obama on Thursday will deliver a statement on the deal to re-open the government and avert default, the White House said. Obama is scheduled to deliver the statement at 10:35 a.m. ET in the State Dining Room.
The Senate and House passed a bill Wednesday that will re-open the government through Jan. 15 and raise the debt ceiling until at least Feb. 7.
According to the White House, Obama will "address the need for both sides to work together to grow our economy, create jobs and strengthen the middle class."
