Geithner, Top Congressional Tax Writers to Meet

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is expected to talk about rewriting the tax code at a Thursday meeting with the chairmen and ranking members of Congress’s tax-writing committees. The meeting – apparently the first since the administration rolled out its plan for a business-tax overhaul – is expected to be a closed-door session.

Lowered top tax rates by supposedly taking away loopholes.

However, more loopholes were then promoted by lobbyists and enacted into law by Congress and the President(s).

So now, we're going to do it again?

It's just another way to lower the top tax rate and the loophole shit will start all over again.

....hang on to your wallet working-class taxpayer and kiss your exemptions/deductions goodbye....maybe stock-up on some Vaseline while you're at it for the times they are a changing....change you can believe in, of course....
