Source: NYT

1:30 p.m. | Updated The battle over whether to allow employers and health insurance companies to opt out of contraception coverage for reasons of religion or conscience may be over in the Senate, but House Speaker John A. 1. Amazingly, there will still be women who vote for Republicans this year...

...just as there are women who still support the Catholic church and women who still choose to wear burqas. As Rev Al says, a lot of things were acceptable until we stopped accepting them.

5. PAY for all these MARRIED WOMEN to have babies

they don't want or cannot afford. For one minute forget all those "slut" unmarried women. Or maybe there is no differece in a ring on your finger or not. What is it? Talk out of both sides of your RELIGIOUS mouths? Of course, no woman will be living in poverty IF she has a ring on her finger. Makes as many babies as the DUGGARS! A wedding ring will GUARANTEE you will be RICH and live in eternal bliss.

Come off your ivory throne, and look at the REAL world.

6. And the alternatives to no contraception are....

Withholding sex, rape by the spouse or forced sex in some cases, divorce possibly in some cases, overpopulation, unwanted pregnancies some resulting in abortions or non-safe abortions or unwanted children.... this is what they want?
It finally occurred to me (insert "duh&quot how mean, hostile, oppressive and forwardly aggressive the push for basically getting rid of all contraception (final goal) this is. This is nothing short of direct hate.

Why they think they can take away or restrict our rights!

Having sex is natural, it is necessary and without it we can't be happy. I do not want a baby because I can't afford it and I can't afford contreceptives (due to selfish people not paying their fair share)...so they WILL pay for MY contreception.

There are more of us than there are of them...we will force them to comply with our will.

12. Dear Boehner: Please help bring back JOBS first!
Fri Mar 2, 2012, 03:32 AM

I thought the goal of you and your fellow Repugs was to get America back to work! Oh wait, apparently it was more important to make sure Obama loses this November. So to distract from unemployment the House passes bills waging war on women's health in May 2011 and October 2011 but rejects Obama's jobs proposals. Then jobs grow again and Santorum then uses abortion as an audience warmup then Boehner jumps on.

They have NO ideas, so they resort to running out of control with controversial wedge issues hoping to get all the bat-shit insane votes they can (and yes, there are a LOT of them). It's their only hope.
