9. Clip from USA Today RE: Allstate, Sear & Kmart

Sears and Allstate issued statements Monday after their ads appeared on Limbaugh's syndicated program. Sears Holding Corp., which operates Sears and K mart, tweeted that it did not "intentionally" advertise on Limbaugh's program, and is taking steps to make sure its ads don't run on the show. Allstate said in a Facebook post its ads were "mistakenly" placed on the program.

"We have asked our media-buying firm to correct the error by discontinuing any advertising on the Rush Limbaugh Show moving forward in keeping with our original advertising plans and strategies," Allstate said in a Facebook post.

Yesterday one of our DU members stated, as a former radio business person, how ads are under a very watchful eye of companies and that it is not possible to "mistakenly" spend money on an ad.
I also know this to be true.
Any business that tells you ads are placed by mistake is insulting your intelligence and should get NO kudos for saying they are pulling the ads, because they cannot be trusted to tell you the truth.

I never watch Limbaugh. I could never stomach him.
I have used AllState for years ... and I have never
cost them a cent. They just cash in on my credit card
automatically. They do not even ask me. Next time
they cash in I will check to see if they sponsor
Limbaugh and if they do I will cancel them.

I just love it that the criminal drug addict is finally being held accountable. I was so dumfounded when I heard his remarks about every women on birth control should have to post videos of them having sex, truly could not believe what I heard. I'm so damn glad people are fighting back, it just warms my heart! I've signed so many petitions, wrote letters & made calls & am so happy that others are participating this same way.
