Source: Keen News Service

By Lisa Keen on March 14, 2012

The prospects for the idea to pass out of the Republican-controlled State House are uncertain because the plan would require Republicans to support legal recognition of same-sex relationships –something Republicans in the State House are reluctant to do. Plus Democratic Governor John Lynch has vowed to veto any measure to deny gay couples equal rights.

The legislation is also a lawsuit waiting to happen. It would take away from one group of citizens –gays– rights they have been able to exercise for the past two years in New Hampshire.

Even normal Republicans (we have a few left) dislike Speaker "Bully" O'brien and his right bagger, DJ Bettencourt.
