As a result of these discussions, we have identified a
preliminary list of state and local health concerns as we enter
Tollgate 1. The issue areas are framed in terms defined by the
preliminary list of working groups:
o Budgets and caps
o HIPC Organization
o organization of Boards and oversight Bodies
o Structure of Employer Participation
o Coverage of Low-Income Population
o Short-Term cost controls·
o Public Financing
o Long Term care
o Insurance Reform (Workers compensation issues)

attempts of 1993 are going to be used against her by the GOP if she runs in 2016.

I'm a lot more concerned about this year's elections. The ACA is being used to clobber our candidates. I'm quite worried about the Senate. It would be a disaster if the GOP obtains majorities in both chambers.

It wouldn't matter if the ACA provided free health care to everyone. The Repubs apparently have unlimited advertising funds.
