American Airlines Labor Talks Underway For 30,000 Workers

Negotiations at the merged American Airlines are underway for 30,000 union workers. The airline merged with U.S. Airways in December. Union mechanics and related service workers at U.S. Airways have reached agreements. The efforts now underway are to achieve a joint collective bargaining agreement for the tens of thousands of employees at the new American Airlines.
