Eric Cantor goes to Wall Street

Former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor is taking his talents to Wall Street, joining boutique investment bank Moelis & Co. as a vice chairman and board member.

Cantor's move into the private sector was widely anticipated following his June electoral defeat at the hands of an unknown economics professor -- one of the biggest political upsets in recent memory.

Although I am sure he will get an "upgrade" in his housing.

The man gets a 1.4 million $ signing bonus, a new office in D.C., his Congressional retirement pay,
govt. health insurance and his annual pay from the investment bank.

Given the outrageous pay they get for doing nothing but fucking over the working class.

Remind me which committees he sat on, and which he presided over?

they, especially republicans, oppose pensions for regular workers but collect government money for their own pensions!!! outrageous!!!!

for the corporatists, and not for a salary.

No wonder Cantor looked so happy during his concession speech after the primary. He was absolutely giddy while his wife looked like she was about to cry.
