She will have no case unless someone witnessed the act or she kept undies with DNA on them.

The count at this time is I believe 20 to 21 women. I wouldn't be surprised if there are many more women who have been harmed.

And don't tell me none of the women accusing Cosby want to cash in.

Some of the stories and the past records of a few so far show the women to be easily capable of piling on to simply cash in.

Perhaps some, maybe most are telling the truth, I don't know.

and was tight with Hugh Hefner. Interesting place for a mature, married man like Cosby to be spending his time when we are supposed to believe he was devoted to his wife and family.

Statute of limitations ran on Hugh Hefner and Playboy when plaintiff turned 26. At this point she can only sue Cosby and only if she brought suit "within three years of the date the plaintiff discovers or reasonably should have discovered that psychological injury or illness occurring after the age of majority was caused by the sexual abuse." C.C.P. sect. 340.1(a).
