... about the "grandstanding whackjob" named Senator Tom Cotton, it has become glaringly obvious that he is a mentally unstable sociopath who lacks even a rudimentary understanding of the rules of conduct regarding foreign policy, and the statutory limitations to which Congress is subject in its participation in international agreements.

Cotton has no business holding a position of power and responsibility. That can be said of most, if not all, the Republicans in both the House and Senate, but this creep is a clear and present danger who should be removed from office forthwith. He is a loose cannon with a short fuse... and it's lit. He's going to do real harm before long.
