Russia proper has all kinds of things drawn in it.

Blue stripes = new territories

Red crosshatch = future territories (which include, well, everything that's not Russia and its new territories)

(The lower right says "100 rubles, buy now!&quot

There's the strong suspicion it's a fake and no such candy bar was issued. But still ...
