That DOD report is about lasers, masers, etc. The original post is about CT woo. It doesn't add to the impression of competent authority that they were quick to refer to Nikola Tesla -- always a caution, if not a red flag outright -- but mispelled his name in the Table of Contents.

8. You obviously did not read it. The real point is not the particular

technology that has or might be produced, but the history and intent of these projects and powers.

Even if that particular technology did not mature exactly as it was imagined the fact that people in power actuall would be interested in developing such a weapon is relevant.

By the way, Project Censored is made up of academics and is a peer reviewed journalism. There are few organizations in Journalism as qualified to create discussions about news and news manipulation.
