Memorial Day 2016 Avenge US Military War Dead By Arresting Today’s US ‘Leaders’

By Carl Herman

....Memorial Day is to honor US military who died during active duty. Honorable US military enlist to protect and defend American values explicit in the Declaration of Independence, and American rights explicit in the US Constitution. Importantly, all US military and many categories of government employees take an Oath to protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

But how can we the living best honor our fallen family, friends, and countrymen when we discover that US .01% “leaders” have lied us to serve in illegal Wars of Aggression for most of our nation’s history?

Indeed, the United States of the 21st Century has become among the most dangerous, destructive, and psychopathically vicious rogue state in Earth’s recorded history. Moreover, this conclusion is obvious in Emperor’s New Clothes clarity for anyone caring to look at objective and easily verifiable facts.

This article will:

. Define rogue state.

. Define United States from our values in the Declaration of Independence and lawfully guaranteed rights in the US Constitution.

. Contrast the rhetoric of what the US lawfully promises with its most prominent current policies in order to prove the US as a rogue state.

. Propose Americans demand arrests of .01% US “leaders” in government and corporate media as obvious lawful recourse to best honor all Americans, living and dead....

... Fool on the Hill's question in responding to Mr. Herman's editorial:

Why will Americans not see or not admit the truth about their country's rulers and the suffering they impose upon the whole world? Ignorance? Stupidity? Manipulation? Complicity? or Despair? Maybe a bit of each, but the last seals the deal.

Neither can cynicism. The world isn't exactly how I would want it to be; and neither is the country in which I find myself born a citizen. But babbling that we should somehow return to the "values in the Declaration of Independence and lawfully guaranteed rights in the US Constitution" and that we should "arrest .01% US leaders in government and corporate media" is empty jabber that leads nowhere productive

...forget about the Declaration of Independence and simply let the rights and freedoms GUARANTEED us by the US Constitution go because the illegitimate criminal elite who run this nation would prefer we not make too much of a fuss over their illegal wars of aggression? And you do realize these are completely unnecessary wars waged with the blood of our own sons and daughters conned into believing they're doing something noble, and claiming/ruining the lives of many thousands of innocent civilians in the countries we target? You understand this?

This isn't about philosophy or cynicism, it's about holding criminals accountable for their crimes against humanity.

...you didn't even read the editorial. Waging never ending war resulting in the death and/or displacement of thousand if not millions of innocent civilians based on lies, in order to pursue an agenda of world domination is much more than repugnant, IT IS CRIMINAL.

What do you think the Nuremberg Trials were about? The US is this century's Nazi Germany.

Wars of aggression
torture
Even restructuring Iraq's economy by fiat of L Paul Bremer was a violation of the Geneva Convention.

Those soldiers were arrested, tried, convicted, and sent to prison for following a torture policy initiated by the White House.
