(9,353 posts)Second - if he is fifteen now and needs to 'serve' until he is 23 does that mean that he has to go to an adult facility when he hits 18? That would be just awful.
Poor kid. Screwed over by a lunatic step-dad and then screwed over more by an injustice system.
