Thank heaven that a major public figure like Springsteen reminds of us the existence of so many unemployed Americans that Corporate Media would like us to forget. It's so easy for the media to dismiss human beings as statistics, while ignoring the pain and hardship suffered by those who have been rolled over and flattened by the 1%.
As a former New Jerseyan, I am proud beyond words that Bruce has never forgotten his working-class roots.

I too appreciate it, but sometimes get sick of reading (from the rich) how shitty we middle class Americans have it. Doesn't always seem genuine. I would like to read something from a middle class American, but they don't have the money to be published...irony.

This loophole was recently closed Colorado - no longer will
Goldie Hawn, Tom Cruise, and other celebrities get the "fake farmer" tax-break!
