I don't know about the National Prayer Breakfast, but there is evidence that evangelical effort to expand child adoption pool (greatly reduced after US enacted Magnitsky Act in late 2012) is the goal of current US State Dept.

Thanks for slogging through (LONG and confusing). I don't have sleuthing talent to dig deeper (only have Google, Twitter. Wikipedia skills ). Bottom line is that the ONLY "accredited adoption entity" for State Dept. now has former Bethany Christian Services as approval manager.

In Argentina, the parents were "disappeared" and children given to "ideologically" correct parents to be raised.
In Repug America, the parents are incarcerated or deported and the kids SOLD( into adoptive families, fostercare,
"christian" centers and who nows where else for profit.
